On the use of Internet Measurement and Monitoring Tools

In July and September 2011, we hired Niviti to conduct a survey with francophone social media power users. The survey is about the tools they use to monitor their online presence and measure their actions.
Analysis of survey data was made with the help of Substance strategies.

OTTAWA/GATINEAU, Canada – June 28, 2011 – InfoGlutton Solutions Inc. today announced it has signed a contribution agreement with the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP), in addition to both technical and business advisory services, for its research in multilingual information extraction and sentiment analysis.
InfoGlutton Solutions Inc’s. commercial product (http://infoglutton.com) hit the market in 2010. InfoGlutton enables small business owners to monitor their brand, their product and key individuals on the web. The monitoring dashboard allows SMBs to thighten links with their community and to provide fast customer support by digitally identifying the positive and negative comments posted on the web and on key social networks.
